Why You Can Trust What It Tells You

Clear office hours and windows

Office hours mean Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and busy windows are 3 hours in a row on one day.

Times shown in your zone

Times are read as recorded, in your site's time zone or UTC, and the report says which.

Advice tied to your numbers

The report suggests an instant after-hours reply at 20%+ after hours, and a phone check of your form at 60%+ on phones.

Ask your AI

Type the shortcut, or ask in your own words. Your AI pulls your leads through your UTM Grabber connection and builds the report.

Questions about this report

Which time zone does it use?

The one your leads were recorded in: your site's time zone, or UTC when the timestamps end in Z. The report says which, so 8am means what you think it means.

Does it change my ad schedule?

No. It recommends the windows to bid up and trim, using days and clock times like “Wednesday 8am to 11am”. You set the schedule in Google Ads or Meta Ads.

Does it need device data?

No. The device section appears only when most leads carry a user agent, which UTM Grabber Premium records. Everything else works from the timestamp.

Capture the Whole Journey, Starting Today

The free plugin remembers each lead's last click. Every UTM Grabber Premium plan, from Starter up, also records where they first found you, more ad click IDs and what kind of visit it was, from the day you upgrade.

Premium starts recording the day you upgrade. It can't fill in visits the free plugin never recorded, so every week on free is a week of first touches and click IDs you won't get back.
