Walk Into the Board Meeting With the Quarter Already Explained

The Quarterly business review compares the quarter with the one before: leads, cost, customers and revenue, month by month and channel by channel. It answers “how did the quarter go, and what do we do next?” in a format you can present to a board.

What report can I show my board at quarter end?

It depends on the time frame you're answering for. For a board, partners or a client's leadership, the Quarterly business review compares this quarter with the last one: leads, cost, customers and revenue, month by month and channel by channel. Type /qbr to run it. For a single month, the Monthly performance review is lighter. To look forward instead of back, use the Lead forecast. To rank the campaigns that carried the quarter, pick the Campaign leaderboard.

What it is: The Quarterly business review is a board-ready report from the free UTM Grabber Reports skill for founders, directors and agencies that compares the quarter with the one before and sets the plan for next quarter.

What this report answers

Did lead flow grow this quarter, and at what cost per paid lead?
Which channel gained share, and which lost it?
Which campaigns carried the quarter, and which faded?
What are the wins, the risks and the plan for next quarter?

Built for: Founders, marketing directors and agencies who present results to a board, partners or a client's leadership.

Why You Can Trust What It Tells You

Wins and risks follow fixed rules

It flags when lead flow rises or falls 5%+, cost per paid lead drops 5%+ or climbs 10%+, or a campaign falls 40%+.

You'll know when data is partial

Spend, deals or orders that cover only part of the quarter get a flag, and the report draws no change from partial deals.

Questions about this report

What if the quarter isn't over yet?

It names the period “Q3 to date” when the data starts on the quarter's first day but ends early. Other windows, such as the last 90 days, are named by their dates.

Does it need my ad account or CRM?

No. Your UTM Grabber leads cover leads, channels and campaigns. Connect an ad account to add spend and cost per paid lead, and a CRM or WooCommerce to add customers and revenue.

Can I present it as slides?

Yes. Every report comes as a web page, a PDF and an editable PowerPoint deck. The Boardroom look is made for presenting on a big screen.

Capture the Whole Journey, Starting Today

The free plugin remembers each lead's last click. Every UTM Grabber Premium plan, from Starter up, also records where they first found you, more ad click IDs and what kind of visit it was, from the day you upgrade.

Premium starts recording the day you upgrade. It can't fill in visits the free plugin never recorded, so every week on free is a week of first touches and click IDs you won't get back.
